Irrationality.

Ever felt upset for no reason - maybe just for the sake of feeling upset?

One of the worst feelings to cope with is when you're feeling upset, but others (who have the right to) are feeling more upset, and come to seek your advice. You'll feel obliged to listen them out, cheer them up, and help them bounce back onto their feet. So you'll have to plaster on this huge, bright smile over your face, and veneer it with a sunny expression while oozing sympathy all over the place to make your friends feel chirpier. The thing is, I would love to do something like that normally, because, well, I love my friends alot and it saddens me to see them down and all, but it is so difficult to contain all the negative feelings in you, to bury them in a hole and pretend they never existed. I'm starting to crack under the strain of all this acting and pretending, I can already feel the bitterness of the whole situation twisting in my stomach.

Nevermind, I'll live with it, and tomorrow will be a better day. :)
