Lazy lump.

I'm honestly feeling lazier and lazier these days - cancelling the whole day's plans so I could just sleep in and bum around at home. I managed to persuade myself to climb out of bed only at 6pm+ today! Cackle. Seriously a good, slack Friday.

I've grown too accustomed to being in the office - handling the Coyote system and office phone. Now when I blog, I type "alt+enter" in an attempt to paragraph my entries the way I paragraph my articles. Not just that, now I keep dialing an extra "9" before the rest of anybody's number on my house phone. It really is quite disturbing, you know...must be all that time spent in the office affecting my brains! It's become so routine, it's almost like I'm turning into a mini-workaholic! Augghhhhhhh save me. :(

Wednesday's Pakistan national day cocktail reception can be only summed up with one word - uneventful. I do enjoy rachel's company greatly though, it's fun dressing up and preparing for it together in the SPH gym toilet, and basically just hanging out and talking about random matters. Funny how after spending 2 years in the same school and just a few classes apart, we never really talked. We were just hi-and-bye friends back then, seemingly with nothing in common, yet when I got to know her here at work, it's funny how we managed to hit it off so well because we just seem so different. I know there're still many people who're pretty surprised by it - so am I, so am I.
