Temporarily abandoned.

Alright, mommy got notified at the very last minute possible that she has to fly off to South Africa for a business trip because they're changing the management therefore her presence is required to brief them about the situation or something. So yesterday was a frenzy of both my brother and my mother packing their clothes and assorted necessities - the bro's heading to uncle's house to stay for the week because the mom says sis and I are too damn irresponsible to make sure he'll be still alive at the end of the week. Well, she's probably right. ;)

Anyway, the house is suddenly disconcertingly quiet. No bratty bro running around chattering incessantly about his xbox and PC games; no mommy to nag at and be nagged at by (my mom and I have a rather strange relationship - friendship with not many distinctions of seniority or whatsoever!). The sis is permanently out with her boyfriend, so I guess that leaves me alone in the house.

The house is MINE, MINE, and ALL MINE! *cue evil laughter*

Or not.

Not like I - i) end work early, or ii) go home straight after work half the time anyway.

The bottomline is, I still feel eerily abandoned. *gives a big, petulant pout*
