2 + 1 = 21.

Well, well, well. Here's a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my dear, darling Ziyi - she just turned 21 today! *hug*

Two big candles and one little one on the cake the girls'd bought for her - how strange that she's already 21. What a significant age to be at, really. Now she's officially an adult in the eyes of the law, is eligible to participate in voting, and can finally watch R(A) movies legally! :P

So, headed to Marche with the girls for dinner just now. Daniel came to join us too later. We initially intended to go to The Balcony, but it was too crowded, so, oh well. It was good to meet up again - I seldom get to see them much (apart from Ziyi) because of school differences. It made me really miss our time in RJ though, our class was so much fun! 1A03B '03/2A03B '04 totally rocked, but it is really quite unfortunate that most of us have drifted apart since graduation. Sometimes I get all nostalgic, especially when I meet up with the class girls, and we start recollecting all the crazy stuff we used to be up to all the time to drive the teachers and everybody around us insane...but the past is the past, now all of us have our own lives to lead. Still, it's nice to meet up once in awhile to catch up on each others' lives and basically chill out.

The cake - it really is quite yummy!

Happy, happy birthday girl. :)

And she blows out her candles...

Cutting the cake. Yay!

Yesterday's conversation revolved mostly around school, the NUS law pageant (which Rachel is in) and the horrors she'll have to go through for the preview bash next Wednesday (1st February) at Indochine Wisma. Rachel, Jamie, Chrystle and Audrey are in the pageant, which means I'll definitely be going down to support them! Do come along too, if you are free on that night - it should be fun, I think.

Of course, the subject of guys popped up as usual - since when doesn't it feature prominently in our conversations anyway? ;)

Here we go, the group photo. Cheers to everyone, lovelove!
