holidays are good for health.

Yesterday was Vesak Day - one of the rare public holidays that I'd really appreciated, as it gave me a chance to get away from all that work and take a rest that was much looked forward to. As students, we all rejoice when there are public holidays because it means a break from school; as working adults, we don't rejoice, instead, we are relieved at the respite from work. That's the real difference between kid and adult, student and employee - a difference that I'd only just noticed.

As much as I'm enjoying my internship job now, I can't imagine working full-time. Not yet - I'm really not ready yet.

I guess that's what the two more years of college are for...to prep us properly.
